Applying to be a parent?
So I've thought about this for a while (actually I think it might be a film, or should be) where every baby should be implanted with a chip that effectively prevents fertility.
When the child becomes an adult they are able to apply to have the chip removed and have children.
The application form would include
Financial, mental, marital and health assessments.
There would be testing done.
Then at the end you're either granted the right to have a baby or not....
Do you think this would be a good idea or bad and why?
