cramps after pill?

Anyone start the pill then get cramps and period sysptoms half way thru the first week?

I've taken the pill before and I'm just getting back on it. First full week. Just had my period too. Now it feels like its back again!

Anyone else get this?

Well I started the pill on my period so I got cramps but it may not be the same as the ones you're experiencing.

It could just be your body adjusting to the hormones tbh.
