Baby Night Routine.. ??

What is your night routine? Im headed back to work and know i need to start getting my LO in a better routine. 
Has a routine worked for you?

A routine has worked for me since my son was 3.5 months. We feed him well at night, bathe him with lavender soap (burt calming for babies) and when he was smaller i rocked him to sleep. We read, sang, or talked to him while in his crib. It took me 2 weeks, but sticking to a routine helped him sleep all night. He slept from 8:30pm-6:30am. Now, he is a year old, he just went to bed at 9pm.  Since traveling gor holidays and these teeth coming out (5 at a time!!!😡) he has been fighting us and going to bed around 11 which doesnt work for, so we have been working on going to bed as close to 8:30 as possible.  Him going to bed at this time makes it so hubby and i have to ourselves as well as with each other.

Its important that there are no naps past 2 PM,  it will help you make sure that the baby is tired by bed time.  When your baby is a bit older use a jumperoo or walker to tire him out.
