Urge to push?

I've had a lot of pelvic pressure & when I sit to pee I have the urge to push, not like a poop push like a baby push lol, I've had mild pains alittle above my waist & I'm my lower back when I stand up and sit down or just randomly but no contractions & I don't think my water has broken.. I'm a ftm so idk exactly how this goes, I've had some leaking fluids but last time i was checked it wasn't amniotic, that was 4 weeks ago & I'm leaking a little more now whatever it is. Anyways, I'm 40 weeks 1 day. If i tell my midwife this do you think she'd induce me soon?
