Hoping everything good

I had my anatomy scan Jan 9th , I was 20 weeks.... The ultrasound tech said everything looks good but when I went to see my doctor after he said they want to get one more ultrasound done to get better pictures of the heart she was moving a lot I had just ate some chocolate. It's making me nervous I go back around 24-26 weeks. Should I wait and eat something since my appointment will mostly be around 8:30 in the morning ?
