How did you Cope with morning sickness?

Okay ladies what did you use to help with morning sickness? Something? Anything? I havent quite found anything. But my cousin said she used Orange tic tacs... That worked for her.. What worked for you?

Sorry but nothings worked for me. I've tried medication, wrist bands, ginger, popsicles, crackers but nothing. Sour popsocles and cold drinks help with my heartburn but nothing else. I'm 16 weeks today and still throwing up daily with 24/7 nausea.

I froze pickle juice in an ice cube tray and made little popsickles, they helped. I am a sour lover though. Also, salt and vinegar potato chips

Cutting out gluten absolutely worked for me.
