Sauna and TTC
General question for you ladies... any of you work out and then go to the sauna? I lovvveee the sauna cause you just sweat your brains out! But I'm a lil worried around my ovulation days because what if I DO get pregnant ...from the moment I conceive to when I actually find out...all those times in the sauna...you think it would hurt the fetus? Opinions? Facts?
