Last night my son was position wrong well I think that was the cause of the pain 
The pain I couldn't move or walk normal the pain gone now and his position normal just wondering has anyone had this happen before ?? I'm 23 weeks and 3 days

Both my kids would lay on my sciatic nerve at times and I wouldn't be able to move, I would be stuck in bed or in our chair the entire day. It was worse with my son probably because he was almost a pound bigger than my daughter was but it was miserable, all I could do was cry and my husband would have to practically carry me to the bathroom
