Strawberry Legs?! Help me

Question

So I don't shave a lot. When I was younger, I would pluck all the hairs out of legs because of a mental issue. I don't shave a lot but I still have these bumps. What are they? How do I get rid of them?

Every white girl that I know has legs like this to some degree, it's better in the summer

Pretty sure they're just your hair follicles. Can't really get rid of them. Everyone has them at least a little bit

I have this and it's annoying. I hate it becuase they are bumpy and even if I wax they still come.... Is called keratosis pilaris.. I use gold bond bumpy soon lotion and it works fine I'm just not consistent with it so I don't see alot of results..

Just tan that's the only way to get rid of them. I got that too. I think it's because I have big pores or follicles I tan and they go away
