Ok, but these refugees are fleeing terrorism; they aren't the terrorists. The two countries where most of the foreign terrorists have come from are Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, which are conspicuously a set from this list. But foreign terrorists aren't the majority, as domestic terrorism is far greater.
