I'm 5 weeks pp and my breast recently started hurting and getting heavy again. I'm not breastfeeding. I also have been sick since they started hurting. Could it be an infection?

Seriously call your OB/Doctor just to be sure it's not any type of infection. I was feeling crappy all day yesterday and my boob was hurting pretty badly and I ended up going to the ER and got diagnosed with mastitis last night and it's not fun 🙁better to be safe than sorry girl!

Even when not breastfeeding you still produce a small amt in the beginning and mastitis is a possibility. Call ur doc about it.
