Low pregestrone??

Question

So I went for blood work to test my pregestrone. They say to do it 7 days before your next period which I did. My level was 6.48. I know they say a level 5 means you ovulated but they like to have it at 10 or more.  Has anyone had lower pregestrone and still got pregnant??

U dont need meds to help you. I have low or had low progesterone as well. Look into vitex (chaste tree berry) this has worked wonders for me. Remember diet always come first. Up your greens and fruits instead of all this other garbage. U wont regret it!! Chia seeds have more protien then meat. Hope this helps u on your journey

I think you're fine...your progesterone level can vary throughout the day. If you went back a couple hours later it could have been higher.
Mine was a .7 when I got it checked this month 😓

You need to be put on medication it help with that and help you get pregnant
