question for the unmarried women who had or having a baby
Was the father able to sign the birth certificate? I was filling out the paper work they let me take home and I have to bring it back when it's time to deliver and it says if me and the father are not married he can't sign the certificate without either a paternity test or a form called Acknowledgement of paternity being filled out. And I'm 14 days away from my due date and I don't even know where to get that form from and I'm worried and sad they won't allow my fiancé to sign our son's birth certificate 😭
