Need help!! 😩😩

Sorry in advance i couldn't figure out how to put the tmi sticker up..............So for the past week I've been losing little pieces of my mucus plug, then I went to the bathroom and wipped and this came out. Should I call my doctor? I'm only 34 weeks btw
