I am fine continuing my one emergen-C chewy pill a day, so far both my kids have had bad colds, (my oldest turned into sinus infection) & my boyfriend. And it's helped my immune system! I just wanted to say, do NOT get the generic brands. Almost bought the store brand & it has completely dif ingredients. And one had big amounts of vitamin A added as well.

My doctor said it was perfectly fine. Just don't take it along with vitamin c supplements, or take it multiple times a day -  do one or the other. You only need so much vitamin c.

Oops. I've taken it for a week, just once a day vs the 2 it recommends. Said safe when I googled it. My kids have horrific sinus infection & I thought the vitamin c wouod b better than the sinus infection & all the meds I may need to get rid of that!
