Dry skin on face! Please help!

I have rosacea but fairly clear skin. Pre-pregnancy my face (mainly cheeks) would get dry but I had a prescription for Bionect cream which would take care of my skin immediately. Now that I'm pregnant, my OB doesn't want me using the face medicine- which I totally get. Except, my skin that's prone to drying out is now insanely dry. My cheeks feel like they just have scales. Of course, I use bare minerals so powder makeup doesn't help cover it lol. I use Cerave lotion as recommended by my dermatologist and that usually helps but it isn't anymore. Does anyone have tips on pregnancy friendly face lotions/miracles?? Thanks in advance!
