Ovulating, pregnant or just nothin??

Okayyyy...... Im cd88. Nothin new because ive always been irregular and i have pcos..but ive been getting mild cramps more like twinges in my lower abdomin. And my boobs feel a lil fooler more tender and nipples are sensitive.... Took prego test 2 weeks ago bfn... Wat u think is goin on and has anyyone experienced this with long cycles and became pregnant without a period??
