my leg workout

So here's my entire leg workout routine for anyone that might be confused on where to start or what to do hopefully my workout plan helps you out. Now I do go to the gym so come of this won't help you out.
-Stretch for 10 minutes 
- seated leg press 3 to 4 sets of 15 (use weight that you can handle)
- calf raise machine 3 to 4 sets of 20 (use weight you can handle)
- squat rack 4 to 5 sets of 10 (use weight you can handle) make sure you go as far down as possible 
-Take a break and stretch because you legs might feel like jello at this point 
- single leg lunge 2 sets of 20 to 25 (use dumbbells if you want) make sure your back leg is slightly elevated 
-walking lunges 2 sets of 30 (use appropriate weight)
End your workout with cardio make sure to get some run time in there but also cool down until the end 
Drink plenty of water and wear stretchy clothing
