If i got a tattoo , can i handle the iud mirena?

so i got a 2-3 hour tattoo.. on my arm.. I handled it like a champ... Im going to get the iud mirena and im so scared ... I heard it hurts so bad... 😔  but if i can handle a tatooo then should i be able to handle the iud ?

The uncomfortableness with the iud is so much more different than a tattoo man, let me tell you. That shit was so uncomfortable and hurt afterwords a lot

Its so easy and definitely not that painful. I have 2 tattoos & id get the mirena any day over another tattoo

Yes, it helps to get it put in while on your period, though!

It hurts worse if you've never had sex or had a child.

Take some Tylenol or Advil before you leave to the doctors office and it should help a bit with the pain.

yes... the pain doesn't last along time .. i think you can handle it.. The tattoo is inside you for 2 hours that's already painful.. lol
