I have been married for 4 years. I had one pregnancy with twin boys that ended in miscarriage at 10+3. We have been actively tracking with glow. When the boys were conceived we were on our 2ND round of Femara...I have since lost 87+ lbs and we are trying naturally. We have not done opks because to me it's just too stressful. We pray, BD, and TWW every month.
