When I was around 8 my mom introduced me to this man and I had to meet with him every week sometimes every two weeks for tutoring but he always felt inside my boots and the more I saw him the closer he got to my upper thigh region. He'd also would rub my back and my upper arms and I'd always say no and move away from him but he still did it. I don't know what it would be counted as because he didn't rape me but he did things that I didn't want him to do. What would you call that? My mom now knows and it's to late to do anything which kills me because I feel like I'm to blame for anyone he has raped or felt up.
