doctor's appointment
My mother and I had a talk about BC pills, and while she doesn't want me to have them, she's going to take me to our new care physician in order to see what they say. I am sexually active - but she cannot know. My primary reason - 99% - is for my period, sex has very little to do with it as my boyfriend and I are very safe. I'm wondering what to expect when we go there to talk about BC - will our physician ask her to leave? Because I want them to know as a tip that I'm sexually active but my mother cannot know as I stated before. I'm also very nervous as I don't know what else the doctor could recommend for period relief other than the at-home remedies that I'm already using and Birth Control. Who's had experience with this?? what happens during appts like this and what should I do to make sure my doctor can privately receive this "tip"?
