When should I tell my mom?

So I just found out in pregnant (3 weeks as of now) & I'm already planning how I want to tell certain people. I'm going to tell my fiancé on Valentine's Day, & I was considering telling my mom on her birthday the following day. My plan is to take her out to eat that weekend & then tell her. Two problems tho: 
1. Her father passed away a few days after her birthday last year
2. I know that she's always wanted me to wait until marriage to have kids so I'm a little concerned about her reaction. 
So should I wait a few more weeks to tell her? I don't want to overwhelm her emotions & honestly I have no problem not telling anyone until it's impossible to hide.

I clicked impossible to hide but I meant it like you should tell her asap because it's impossible to hide from your mum!!

I debated on tell my family until I was farther along (I'm 4weeks 1 day today) and had a doctors appointment but I couldn't keep it in and I'm so glad I told them sooner instead of later. My whole family has prayed for this pregnancy for so many years I had to tell them. My mother lost her sister a few weeks back and I was glad to give her some tears of joy and she said she needed that ❤️ Good luck on what you decide!
