anyone experienced this please

Hi ladies anyone ever been a week late then have brown discharge on n off only when wiping then exactly a week later have a very light bleed for two days then nothing at all last night and today my back is hurting my boobs are tender and been having headaches last time I tested was Saturday morning before I had the light bleed and it was bfn any ideas what's happening or advice think a blood test might be order
