Could I be pregnant?

I'm 6 days before my period now and I've been having all these symptoms for over a week. Sore breasts, nausea, fatigue, low back pain, cramping, headaches, and now I'm spotting. I took a hpt test and it came back negative. My periods are usually spot on with no deviations and these symptoms are nothing like my pre-period symptoms. I'm not sure what to do. I feel horrible.
