My doctor prescribed me letrozole and i start it in 3 days can anyone give me any advice on it? Pros and cons I've tried clomid 50 last yr and it did nothing but bad side effects (hot flashes/ swelling / weight gain/ mood swings / i was sick all the time/ didn't sleep.i was on clomid for almost 5 months. I just would love some advice from someone who's tried it before or is using it now.
