I JUST started a new job. It's with elementary kids. I'm 13 weeks pregnant but not showing, when should I tell my boss?

Legally you don't have to tell your employer. It's just a professional courtesy to make them aware. I say tell them when you feel you are comfortable telling them.

I've been in my new role as a business manager for just over 6 months. I told my boss last week as I was concerned that it may take some time to find a suitable replacement (as I live in a regional area). He was unbelievable and doesn't want me to consider work at all - just relax and take it easy! I can now work whatever time fraction I want and can return at any time - work 2, 3, 5 days a week - whatever I want. I realise not all employers are this flexible but I was IMMENSELY relieved I told him now because until that point I was quite worried! 
I think trust your gut - if you have a great manager who you think will be supportive, then I say the earlier the better to get them onboard and understand. If they're not so family oriented or supportive, maybe wait a little longer? Only you can tell what will work with your employer. Even then, their reaction could still surprise you! Good luck! Same boat. I'm 12 weeks and 2 days and have been at my job 3.5 months. I'm telling him tomorrow. Im very nervous. Im a VP and the timing isn't great, but we were trying for 18 months and had 2 chemicals and a miscarriage, so I'm happy and won't let my job define this pregnancy.

I'm trying to figure out the same thing! I just started my job too,
I've been there 3.5 months. I'm 11 weeks. I'm thinking I'll wait as long as I can, but I can tell (either bloat or baby) that I'm getting bigger. I'm afraid my employer will be upset.. there's a lot of training involved with my job. And if everything goes right I'd love to stay home. But you never know what could happen... hoping no one treats me poorly once they find out.
