symptoms disappearing?

So I am 10 weeks four days along and my symptoms have been disappearing as of seven days ago. I went in for an OB/GYN visit last week and they gave me a flu shot which they said was safe. I had some mild flu symptoms the next day but since then my morning sickness has gone away.  It was never that bad but it just disappeared. I also feel less hungry and can manage it when I am without feeling sick. The bloating seems to have gone down as well. I'm really scared and I'm just curious if anybody else's symptoms just suddenly disappeared?
