Cramps!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay guys I just started my period for this month, and my cramps are TERRIBLE!!!!! I ONLY wanna lay in bed and cry, I have been stressed alot toys month I know that's what it's from. But how do you stop the bad cramps?? Also does any one else legs muscles hurt really bad while cramping? ?
