Morning sickness?

I am 1 week from when aunt flo should arrive and I woke up today VERY nauseous and have thrown up 3 times. Could this be morning sickness?

Possibly. This happened to me last month and 3 BFN. Turns out my prenatal vitamins were causing the nausea. I take 1/2 of the dose in the morning and 1/2 at night

Maybe although most women I know, myself included, didn't get morning sickness until after they missed their period. 6-7 weeks pregnant.
