Constantly receiving gifts....

Virginia
My son's great aunt comes over unannounced just about three times a day with gifts almost everyday. It could be while we are napping, in the bath or not home and alot of the time while we are napping. She doesn't call or text me so she get offended. She is constantly bringing him stuffed animals, clothes that don't fit ( I always tell her his size as he grows)and wreak of cigarette smell and toys that are too old for him or a choking hazard. We have lived here for a month and he has 6 stuffed animals, 3 sweaters and a baby blanket now. She got mad when I told her he could only wear the sweater one time because it was snug. We are confined to one room due to us moving in to a full house and limited space. It's extremely sweet and we are extremely fortunate but I have no idea how to get it to stop. I have mentioned time and time again that we have no space for extra things. We already have our house stuff at our last apartment bc my bfs mom owns it. She even asks where are his stuffed animals if I leave it at the apartment. We plan to move it all out soon just can't now bc our second born will be here any day. I'm not trying to be rude to her. She is very giving and nice to us. The gifts just have to stop. How can I tell her in a authoritive way without hurting her.
