Trying to increase Milk Supply
I'm almost to the point of giving up, this is so difficult for me. Im barely producing enough milk for a feeding!!
I've tried EVERYTHING from pumping after each feeding, pumping every 2hrs, Mothers Milk Tea, Oatmeal, Fenugreek, loose leaf tea, TONS of water ( belly so full no room for food ) giving her a bottle ( supplementing ) and pumping ( lucky to get 3oz from both sides ). She will eat 4-5oz from a bottle but I'm lucky to produce 3oz between both sides!!
Any other ideas to help my supply?? My LO is 1month old and I really want to keep giving her breast milk instead of this formula crap.
