Do you adjust BBT?
I'm pretty bad at sleeping, A few times a week I wake around 2am and then every hour or so after then until I have to get up at 6. So lately I've been taking my temp at 2am, sometimes again at 6, sometimes not but I don't know what's more important - taking it after a solid 3 hours sleep or taking it at a regular time?? Should you use the 2am reading and the chart adjuster??
