I have had left side sciatica pain and upper back pain so bad that I cling to my little heating pad for comfort. Tylenol doesn't work on me anymore for these pains and I've tried stretching! Does any mom have some techniques on how to fix these pains? Only way to fix it right now is to lay down all day, but I work with early age children. 😫 help the pain is unbearable. I'm 21 weeks about.
