TMI Pic**27 weeks Bronchitis High Risk

Just a little background. I'm a 27 weeks FTM high risk with blood pressure (on meds) and Rheumatoid arthritis. I've had a nasty cough for a week now. Last night I coughed up bloody mucus and all day today too. I ended up going to ED this morning and was told it's bronchitis and cane home with a Zpac. I have a follow up tomorrow with my ob/gyn. I'm just concerned because I've had bronchitis many times and have never coughed up bloody mucus. I've been feeling miserable latley so I'm jusy hoping it's nothing more. See pic for example. Anyone else experience this?
