HELP ME PLEASE!

Here's the run down. I had some strange brown slimy cm last Monday when my cycle was due, nothing happened after that. I took several test two were super faint positive and two were negative. Well this morning (Jan 31) I had pink spotting, and then followed by brown spotting and crazy cramps. Went to restroom about 30 minutes ago and there is nothing yet again. I'm 42 with a normal 30-34 day cycle, never late. I've never had this to happen and idk what to make of it.

Please tell me this has happened to someone else and it was figured out!

At this point, I'm desperate! HELP ME!
