sleep position..is it safe
is it safe to sleep on your back while pregnant? I've been told u should only sleep on your sides. that If you sleep on your back you cut the circulation off to the baby....is this true? I'm a tummy sleeper usually but have changed to sides and back but I'm most comfortable on my back
