Working out again!
I haven't worked out since after my 6 year old was born haha and gained quite a bit with my daughter who was born in July. So I've been on a diet for a week and decided to start working out at home. I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Holy crap. She's intense 😳 but I'm going to push through! They also have a girl that does all the exercises less intense for beginners which is great. It's only like a 30 minute workout, but no breaks! It's hard, but I'm gonna try not to pass out lol. It's on youtube if any of you ladies want to check it out!
