So this is more of a rant because I can't post this anywhere else. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years (17 days short). 2 Weeks ago he told me he is relocating for work, 700km away. It all came very suddenly, he didn't even discuss it with me. Last weekend we were supposed to attend his mother's 70th birthday, he decided to go alone without asking me. Since he told me, he's been distant and growing more so daily. He says it's simply because he's got a lot to deal with and a lot to do. He's leaving this Friday. I asked him if it would be possible to see him before he moves and he simply stated that we'll see. I'm honestly so overwhelmed by everything that's just gone south so quickly. He says he wants us to try long distance but he doesn't even converse with me much at the moment. I'm getting the idea that this is over the moment he gets in his car on Friday. I really don't know how to handle this. Every one thought we'd be getting married this year. Any advice would be appreciated.
