symptoms.. Am I crazy?

I'm at cycle 25 on 30 days cycle lenght. I'm 8 DPO. Feeling mild on/off cramps since yesterday Feeling really tired since yesterday too. I had on/off nausea today... is my mind playing with me? First time I feel this way. And my BBT is high like 98,7... And I have sore breast... normally I have pain in my breast just the day Before AF
