insensitive husband

I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and my husband has been worrying me about a 3sum since 3 days after I gave birth ...my thing is we still live with your parents and you think Ima give you a 3sum ? You can't even last with me let alone if it was 2 other women you had to last with ... I just had a baby you think I'm thinking about anything sexual? I damn near forget to bathe let alone have a 3 sum am I being too harsh ? Should I give him one ?
