How often does your breastfed baby wake for night feeds?

Feel free to add any comments about night feeds or any tips for night weaning... I'm sure my LO doesn't need to feed so often at night but he probably does it out of habit. Not sure how to break the habit though...

My daughter usually wakes after 7 hours, which usually means 2-3 AM-- she is 5 1/2 months. Last night, however, she slept for 10 hours straight! We'll see how tonight goes.

My doctor also suggested doing a dream feed around 10-11pm I tried that and he still gets up to eat at 2 & 4 so I don't wake him to dream feed

My 5 1/2 month old gets up every 4 hours at night to eat sometimes even every 2 hours! It's like having a newborn again I exclusively breastfeed and my pediatrian said to cut out the middle of the night feedings he's getting enough food during the day he's 18 lbs and just started fruits and veggies I need help weaning too and don't know how to start I'm so exhausted it's easier for me to just get up and feed him for 5 min then he's back to sleep
