So when I don't eat much I get bad morning sickness and it's so bad I rush to the bathroom and puke and as I'm puking I pee myself!!! No one ever seems to talk about these Things!! Ugggg I'm so annoyed with myself over here.

Yeah I started keeping a puke bucket near the toilet so I could sit on the toilet and puke at the same time. Start doing kegel exercises 3 times a day. It's much better since I did that. I haven't peed myself in weeks haha

Try keeping ginger biscuits next to your bed and having one when you wake up to boost your blood sugar before you get up. It really helps!
