I'm currently 20 and found out I had cystic ovaries when I was 17. After having a miscarriage back in August, my husband and I decided to try again. So fast forward to today, I'm visiting a new GYN, and he was doing a fertility work up, which included a transvaginal ultrasound, and told me that there was no dominant follicle present and that meant I have not ovulated this month. But I'm on CD 26 and I ovulated on CD 16. So my question is, would it even still be present 10 days after?! From what I have read it disappears. Have any ladies ever heard of that? We were really hoping this would be our month.
