Hi guys! We just started <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility treatment</a> at Shady Grove at the beginning of January. My husband and I have been trying for 10 months with no success. A little history on me: I get extremely regular periods- 27-29 days. I also seem to ovulate-- I ALWAYS get postive OPKs on the 13, 14, or 15 day of my cycle. Furthermore, prior to going to Shady Grove, my OB/GYN ordered day 3 and day 21 hormone testing and she said it "confirmed ovulation". We time intercourse perfectly every month, but still, nothing. Before I went for my ultrasound to determine my antral follicle count, our doctor told us he wanted to see a count of at least 10 between both ovaries. Well, I had 25 in my right ovary and 21 in my left for a total antral follicle count of 46! I went home feeling like a fertility rock star until I started using "Doctor Google" and I realized that's an abnormally high antral follicle count and it might be PCOS (with zero other symptoms). So now I'm flipping out because our appointment to go over these results isn't until February 7th. Any insight?
