Hi! I'm Nicole and I'm going to be 16 in 11 days. Whoo-hoo! But since I ever started my period, I've gotten really terribly awful cramps like 3 days before my period. Is this normal? And also, does acupuncture help for cramps? My mom said it would help but ( I'm terrified of needles and I don't want to try it if it's not worth it). Also, is there anything that would help with my new-coming nausea?
