sleeping with best friend PLEASE don't ignore 😭

I posted a while ago about having slept with my best friend and how he was being standoffish well he had messaged me about two weeks ago and things were going great and around Tuesday night after he sent me his last message saying that he was going to text me yesterday I found out yesterday that he had deleted me off of Snapchat. He went through a separation not too long ago and that's when I decided to sleep with him (he was my first) I'm 24 he's 31. Well he had done this prior where he just completely ghosted me while with his wife but now there's no reason to when she's out of state. I feel like sending him this :  "I didnt appreciate you treating me like a one night stand. I think it's best we part ways. I can't deal with this anymore I've put up with it for so long. I wish you nothing but the best in your career and school, good luck with everything from the bottom of my heart! " should I ??? Send him this what I put in quotes???

Which he basically did treat me like one because we slept on the 23rd of December and I haven't seen him since then and it's going on two months now. Well I don't understand as to what went wrong we were planning on seeing each other. Then out of the blue he deleted me off of there. 

Update: his wife is in Missouri so they aren't together because he's in NC. That's how much he cares about me I decided to send him that message and he only read it but I'm not expecting a reply that is showing me how much he really cares for me. It'll be hard to move on but I have to and our friendship is no longer but I have to keep moving and focus on myself because I also found out I may need brain surgery soon. It breaks my heart but I think I did what was best.
