healthy eating!
Why is it so hard to eat healthy? I'm a whataburger kinda girl lol I loooove my burgers and fries. I'm 22 and 145 lbs or so, so I'm not overweight by any means I don't think. I'd just like to tone up in a few places. I want to try to start making a habit of going to the gym at least 3 nights a week but it's not easy to just change routine at the snap of a finger.
Any advise? My grocery list is looking pretty healthy but I know it's more than food that plays a part in toning and losing weight
