At 12w my boy looked like a girl. 
They're very unreliable 
All boy confirmed 4 times lol

You can't really make out anything. That could be an umbilical cord and it's too early to tell 100% anyways. I'd say wait it out till your next ultrasound. 18-20w is when they can usually confidently tell you. :)
