so I've never had this happen before..

I'm on cd 5, usually my periods last 3 days. I haven't had to wear a tampon/pad for two days now BUT every time I pee I pass a whole lot of blood and clots. I've never experienced this before and it's just weird that it's not coming out except when I urinate. What could this be? I do have pcos but as I stated, I've never ever done this.

ETA : I am not peeing blood - this isn't coming from my urethra.

My period started out really weird this month; 5 days late and has been super stringy(sorry tmi!) like it it just a bunch of blood mixed with EWCM. And this is what's coming out of me when I use the bathroom.
